I have a Samsung 30" Widescreen HDTV. I live in Portland, ME and use Time
Warener as my cable provider. They currently are only offering a few
stations in HD.

Is it true that if I get a tuner then I will be able to bypass Time Warner
and get all of the available HD programming?

What kind of tuner do I need? Any recommendations? Thanks!
