Panasonic EX85 Not switching
I just bought a Panasonic EX85 HDD DVD freeview recorder. When I go from
standby to watch a channel on freeview the machine doe's not switch the TV to the SCART socket, I have to do this with the TV remote. Also when I go into the menu and the back to the channel it drops out off the channel, I then have to switch it back to the SCAT socket again with the TV remote. Could some TV expert please tell me of this is a fault Would be pleased for any information Best regards Tony Atkins |

Look for a fully wired Scart lead. Marky P. |

Set it to off. Find it under Setup - Others - Power Save |

Set it to off. Find it under Setup - Others - Power Save Found the problem . The default switches the AV1 output to RGB2 this only grabs the TV SCART when accessing the menu. To make the Machine grab the TV SCART all the time AV1 has to be switched to RGB 1 Many thanks for the peps that took the time to reply to my query Best regards Tony Atkins |
