Promax meter on Ebay
There's a Promax Prolink 3 meter being sold on Ebay at the mo that
looks very interesting. Current bids are up to £255.00. Retail price for this meter is nearly 2 grand. Any good? Marky P. |

I've a spare one of these. Would be worth several hundred espically if it has BER. A new Li-ion battery will set you back £250 odd quid and calerbration is about £80. If your going to spend over a grand then why not buy a Promax Explorer. Regards Glenn... |

I'm not that satified with my meter (a Prolink 1) as I don't think it measures DTT very well & it's difficult to work out BER on it. Marky P. |

It was a optional extra on the 3+. Also It sounds as if it's going to need that new battery and probably calabrated. Interesting to see how much it goes for. Glenn. |

I've emailed the seller about the battery and how much use the meter's had. I'm still tempted to bid as long as it stays under £500 Marky P. |
