HDTV LCD TV'S WITH TWO TUNERS?

... Well that's true in theory, the second could be limited to secondary RGB inputs or something, but has that ever actually been sold? J. There are definitely TV's sold that have PIP with only 1 tuner. Someone posted earlier about the Samsung 4069. The other input could be from cable, satellite, DVD, etc. Most VCR's have a tuner that can be used for this, but of course it is an analog signal. |

I believe the Sony 40S3000 has PIP which I presume means two tuners, and that's a relatively low-end set. J. PIP means the ability to display two sources on the same screen. It doesn't mean that the television has two tuners. Chip Well that's true in theory, the second could be limited to secondary RGB inputs or something, but has that ever actually been sold? J. My TV only has an analog PIP, which renders the PIP kinda obsolete.
Then again, I'm more DVR dependent anyways. |
