Anyone have an opinion of the Sanyo plasma tv that walmart is

First, the Sanyo 50" plasma (model DP50747) is $1300 and it used to be
$1400 so it isn't $1000 as you state in the subject line. Second, the

is actually a better deal as far as contrast ratio and brightness are
concerned and its only $100 more. I didn't compare any other properties
between them.


I was in a Walmart store Thursday, and I believe that the Sanyo was
one of the "specials" advertised for 10:00 AM. It, a toshiba HD-DVD
player of $100, and something else that I don't remember.
