Sorry brian. Yes, it was a windows message, the one you get after a
crash, asking you to report the incident. I think it was something to
do with the webcam type footage they have at the base of the screen,
two boxes in which I guess callers can see who they're talking t, only
one was a still image, so i would assume that was the one which
crashed. it mentioned 'client.exe'

Client.exe could be the Digiguide TV listings software as it uses that
filename.

It just struck me that I had also seen that mentioned when someone was
having a problem with a webcam but my memory is crap so you may be
right :O)
