I'm sure I've explained this already. We used to discuss "Friends" on
the American group ATF, while on UMTF we talked about anything as long
as it wasn't "Friends". In July 2007 I was persuaded to start posting
my spoilers for "Neighbours", which have continued while much of the
other traffic has died away, except perhaps for regretting "Joey".

Anyway, the "Neighbours" spoilers now on uk.media.tv.friends are *way*
advanced compared with those here on UMTM (they've now gone into 2008)
and so only there can I reveal what I was obliquely alluding to.

And it makes more sense than posting in alt.tv.neighbours, which isn't a
very pleasant place at all.

That old guy in the close was Daryl Braithwaite, vocalist of Janelle's
favourite (real-life) group Sherbet, and they performed "One Summer".

Ta. It sounded like someone had put his balls in a vice, given the pitch of
his voice.
