Going back to blind Anne, why is she always looking in a different direction
to everyone else? Okay, so she's blind, but any blind person I've come across
at least looks in my direction when we've had a conversation.

David Blunkett looked in my direction when I met him. However, I was on a
trampoline at the time.

Eh? I meant the character played by Vivean Gray.

And I meant that I'd prefer Jane Harris or Libby Kirk.

Libby reverted to her maiden name after Drew died.

As to whether anyone is coming back, I can't comment without plenty of
spoiler space. Instead, you could check out the *advanced*spoilers* on
the other newsgroup uk.media.tv.friends which are up to Christmas.

That's only happened since she came back, Tessa James knows better.

One theory is that TPTB wanted her to seem more blind, even though the
character was not born that way, she lost her sight during puberty.
