picture breakup and pixelation.

Recently we have seen brief pixelation and picture breakup every few minutes
.. It was very noticeable on the Oscars broadcast last night.

I am running a Sony Bravia KDL-46S2000 (720p 46" LCD) TV, it is fed from a
comcast Scientific Atlanta Explorer 3250HD box. Video is fed from the box to
the TV via a DVI to HDMI cable. Picture is usually great. Location Venice
(SW Florida)

Is this pixelation, a Comcast low signal problem or a content providers
(network) problem?

Digital TV is the epitomy of "A chain is only as strong as it's
weakest link". The bits could have been dropped anywhere along the
chain of ownership: Network transmission, local retransmisison,
Comcast receiver, comcast fibre optic, cable box, tv, etc.

Did anyone else notice had badly broken up Letterman was last night
(2/26) on HD CBS? It was breaking up every few seconds. I switched
over to the analog CBS channel and it looked fine.
