Audio Clicks & Pops

I have been experiences clicks and pops in my audio for television
broadcasts.

It happens when I am running the built in television speakers AND if I use
my Home Theater sound.

So that leads me to believe it is coming from the source, the HD Comcast
Digital Cable Box.

Has anyone had a similar problem, any solutions ?

You need to isolate the problem, whether it's your Comcast box, home
theater system, or TV audio circuitry. I generally like to start
from the end result and work backwards, depending if the problem is
intermittent or not. It you can reproduce the problem on command,
remove the connection going to the TV and just hook up speakers to your
surround system (you're using the AMP in the TV normally, right?) If
it still doesn't work, hook the comcast box directly to the TV, and so
on...

If you already have a 2nd comcast box, just swap them and see what
happens.
