I had something similar to this. Ex subs card, didn't see 4, 5 or sky 3.
When I put it on Sky 1 - it said the card wasn't authorised. So
scrapped(wasn't my old subs card).

Another ex-subs card did see 4,5,S3- but they weren't decoded. Left the card
in for 24 hours and they came on.

New Freesat cards don't see 4,5,S3 initially until they're activated.

Your box and card only need to be married for Premium Channels- Sky Movies
and Sports.

If the card worked before then it should work again.

Yes, just leave the card in the box and leave the box on. In rare
cases it may take 48 hours.
