Should you wish to resume viewing our channels at any time, please contact the email address above and I will be pleased to reinstate your account." Well, seems quite easy to me. Or will they start pestering me once we get closer to the day in December? That is more than likely (I meant of course when you cancel via phone call to Sky) Whoever speaks to you on the phone usually says they're passing you to a *special* Department, Here's where the grovelling starts. Usually 4 or 5 offers and if you say NO!, They come back with an offer hard to resist (Usually the £7.50p per month for Movies/Sports etc) Obviously with you cancelling by Email, Someone from this grovelling Dept will contact you with an unresistable offer :-) Of course as it get's nearer the day for switching your services off,you could always ring them to confirm your cancellation date has been correctly set by them ;-) T.W. |
