IEEE Spectrum article comparing TV display technology
There's a good comparison article in this month's IEEE Spectrum
magazine. It's available online too, at http://www.spectrum.ieee.org/nov06/4697 Talks about the predominant technologies of today (Plasma and LCD) looks at DLP and other emerging technology. :) Chris. |

Errr, the point of my post was that I couldn't read the bloody article, so I can't read it if I can't see the facking thing. I've just tried the link again, and it's still asking me to login, and I'm not going to register just to read that one article. -- Steve - www.digitalradiotech.co.uk - Digital Radio News & Info Find the cheapest Freeview & DAB prices: http://www.digitalradiotech.co.uk/fr..._receivers.php http://www.digitalradiotech.co.uk/dab/dab_radios.php |

I have just tried the link and it takes me to a four page report - no login required. Perhaps they blacklisted you? |

Perhaps they blacklisted you? Perhaps you're trying to be clever? It was a genuine suggestion - although you now know that your use of Firefox requires a login (mine doesn't by the way). It was entirely possible that they have blacklisted you - or more likely your IP address issued by your ISP. This has been known to happen before (didn't Sky DSL block access to CNN.com or the other way around?). Anyway as to being clever - it was a genuine suggestion to help you resolve a problem you were having. Trouble is you have your head so far up your arse most of the time and believe everyone is having a go at you. On the one subject you actually know something about (DAB) you lose credibility as a result. |
