SKY STB Stopped switching scart
 

Hi,

My STB has suddenly stopped switching to scart input on my TV.

Model Thomson 2.78a
Version 4E0802
OS 1.2S4FE

Please help

Ok,

Is there a reboot sequence, or do I just pull the plug for a period of
time?

Unplug scart both from stb and tv - re plug scart in stb and tv. May have
come loose.

Make sure you're plugged into the 'TV' SCART and not the 'VCR' SCART.
