How paranoid should I be? black vs. grey
 

I have a 42" Toshiba Plasma 42HP95 I bought in Feb '06. I get my tv
via cable and can tune digital channels via QAM.

We watch a good mix of HD on the major networks, DVDs and SD on the
other channels. So, given that we don't stay, day after day, on a 4:3
SD channel, do I need to worry if I set my side bars to black instead
of grey? I do have picture shift turned on to help avoid burn in as
well.
