Yes you have to register https://news.individual.net/register.php and pay your 10 euro per year They will then send you a password. First read the web site, because they are a bit pernickety. | -- Dave Fawthrop dave hyphenologist co uk Google Groups is IME the *worst* method of accessing usenet. Don't bother paying for that crap, go here http://news.datemas.de/ and get a free account that's as good, if not better, than an individual.net account. |

Wolfbane gives Emley Moor (analogue) as 567m AOD and the base of Holme Moss is probably on the 530m contour. So nearly FSVO near. The Channel 5 transmitter is a little lower at 549m and the road at 264m. -- Phil Cook looking north over the park to the "Westminster Gasworks" |

Then he poured water in the end and compared the level. A long spirit level would be completely impractical. Bill |

That's right Bill, originally I strapped the spirit level to my Peugeot 406's roof bars, but it's quite a sharp turn to get out of our road, so I popped into B&Q and purchased some hosepipes (plenty available in the store, because of the ban down here). |
