If you only have component inputs, yes that's right if the feature is enabled on a particular disc. I don't know because I refuse to invest in either format until the format war is over. Maybe other posters know. The copy protection is not currently enabled on any released titles and
likely won't be for some time, My HD-A1 has a sweet picture through both HDMI/DVI and Component. Depends on when Now... sure, component is enabled on all HD/BR discs Future... non-hdmi will be resolution limited on HD/BR discs, depending solely on Hollywood's paranoia |
