Ok, can anyone tell me if SONY KDL 32S2010 (LCD 32'' with Integrated
DVB-T tuner) supports High Definition digital TV channels?
Unfortunately in my country we have only SD digital TV channels at the
moment so i cant really figure out neither from the rest info i get
from the web/google groups.

This is sad news for me but how exactly do you know that? Have you test
it with HD digital terrestrial channels?

It appears to have HDMI and Component inputs and it is said to be HD Ready.

I know it has HDMI and Component inputs (I have bought the TV) and
that it is HD Ready (It is written in the left down corner).
The whole point is as to what HD ready refers to: HDMI input ,
Terrestrial Digital Receiver (DVB-T receiver) or both. According to the
info at www.sony.gr (Greece is my country) it states clearly that the
model is capable of receiving television signal in HD (you have to know
Greek as the page is not available in English), however in
www.sony.co.uk it just says HD Ready at the corresponding info entry.

This would depend on the country in question having a standard for HD TV
and the TV having a tuner capable of receiving it. Somehow I doubt either
is true.

HD ready generally means the set is capable of accepting an external HD
signal - from HD DVD or satellite.

You need no longer doubt about the HD TV standard in Greece since there
is not any. HDTV is just an abstract concept for all the Greek TV
channels, free and subscribed. However about the Sony TV being capable
of receiving HD TV signals, i know the V series is capable of HDTV 720p
cause i have read a messase at alt.tv.tech.hdtv group that claims
that. Maybe the same holds for S series maybe not.

According to this
http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTE...=feature&var2=
there is integrated HDTV capability for the KDL 32S2000. It seems most
likely this will hold for the KDL 32S2010 also.
