Voom - No UPN?

Does anyone know what the local channels are like? I am in the SF Bay
Area and am considering HDTV. Voom looks like an option, but I am
concerned about local programing? Anyone have some thoughts about Voom
and it's local content??

Thanks

Voom offers no local content of any kind. It does not even offer a full slate
of national cable channels. Much of its HDTV slate of programming is stuff
they're doing in house.

If you already have cable, Comcast is a good option for $5 a month.

Or using an antenna for the locals is the other option.

Voom furnishes locals via an antenna mounted near the satellite dish. Whatever
is broadcast in your area will be available to you.

Having both works even better ;-)
