Using a DVI computer monitor with HDMI Sat Receiver output ?
 

I am trying to save up for a large HD LCD Tv, but meanwhile I would
like to buy a Humax HDCI2000 receiver with HDMI output , and if
possible watch it on a
LG 18" 1280x768 resolution computer monitor I have (without sound
obviously) Is it simply a case of buying a HDMI-DVI convertor plug and
it works
, or are there some pitfalls ? What about this copy protection issue ?

Any help appreciated...
