Sky HD Clips

Sky have placed some HD clips on their website to promote their
soon-to-be-launched HDTV services in the UK.

Can anyone tell me what standards have been used in these clips?
i.e. Are they MPEG-2 or MPEG-4? 1080i/25 or 720p/50? What codec even?
From the filesize and length I make the bit rate about 9 Mbps which is
probably about typical of what they intend to use for bandwidth. How would
that compare with US channels?
