LCD TV Settings

The Main Control settings are not going to be alike for all sets /
viewers under varying circumstances, that should be understood.

But, if there is a "standard" starting point as to the setting for;
Brightness, Color, Contrast, and Sharpness - in _relation to one
another_, what should / would they be?

Maybe on a scale of 1 - 100, 50 might suffice, but in tweaking the set -
what appears to be a good setting(s)?

Probably varies from set to set. However, careful about the sharpness
setting. On my set if I run maximum sharpness, object tend to have a
distinct outline, almost like a slight echo. You will also want to have the
noise reduction near minimum. Also, pick a color temperature before messing
with the color settings. This is best done on a black/white picture, which
you get by turning off all color. Ditto for the contrast.
