No, web sites are specifically excluded later.



Errr OK, so re-reading that page suggests that misleading claims on a
companie's web sites are not covered by the ASA, whereas if they
advertise on another site it is covered. I think you were right.

Trade puff only. You would have to prove that you thought that it was a
term of the contract.
