Does anyone else have one of these (possibly as the 2nd in a multi-room
package)?

I thought mine was faulty, but when I phoned Sky (with the inevitable
1/2hr phone call), for once the problem was easily resolved!

Apparently a number of people have been having problems with this box
randomly resetting, and struggling to reboot itself. Turns out it just
didn't like the 3.2.11 software, so a forced update has (apparently)
fixed it.

If I'd have known how to force an update, I could have saved myself that
phone call - oh well...

Must admit I haven't read the FAQ since I joined the group, several
years ago...

Of course, even if I had, I wouldn't have known that that would fix the
problem.

Of course, even if I had, I wouldn't have known that that would fix the
problem.

Thought I found another bug yesterday, as the box was ignoring personal
planner settings - but fortunately a simple reset cured *that*.
