Widescreen on Sky

Grump grump grump

Why is the Australia v West Indies in widescreen some days and square
the next? Is this just laziness on behalf of Sky?

The broadcast keeps advertising it is available in widescreen. Also,
why cant they get a clean feed from Channel Nine, rather than very
pathetically blurring the Nine logo and putting Sky Sports logo on the
top of it?

I suspect they show whatever the overseas broadcasters supply them with.
This is a common problem with lower profile football.

Perhaps, the rather narrow Australian sporting mind can't always cope
with widescreen thinking.
