OTA System completed today & HDTV Rocks!
 

Finally received my Sears/Sony KV-34HS510 DTV CRT unit....

Big & heavy but it 'rocked' on HDTV...

Hooked it up to the now old CM3021 attic 4 bay bow tie

and STB from Samsung T-151... Received 6 DTV chans... 3 Had HD.

The PBS new & demo stuff in OTA HDTV was superb.....

The Analog Cable stuff from chan 2 -99 was all over the map...

2/3 of it looked very good (better than Analog)... 1/3 ruff &
ruffer.

Programming the Sony Index scan and setting up the

side by side twin screen was challenging...

Had to double feed the STB HDTV signal to both Video 1 & Video 5.
1 in S Video... 5 in Component Cables

All in all I could not be happier... Don't need a XBR910 now.

And upconvert 4:3 black bars in a dim room don't bother me at all....
