Mux change at Sudbury?
Hi,
I have just been checking the available channels using my BT STB and cross checking with Woolfbane. The two lists agree except for one Mux. I didn't find anything on 68 but found ITV1,2,3,4 on 56. This still puts the range (39-56) just outside a Group B (35-53) but not nearly as far as before. Group E again the recommendation but I don't think they make them anymore. I am going to recheck 68 just in case, then take the STB round to my mum-in-law to see what her aerial can pick up. Anyone know if there has been a change, or if I am just having finger trouble with the manual tuning? [Which nicely lets you move around the muxes and tells you what is on each one]. Cheers Dave R P.S. still marginal reception on a lot of channels - getting strength around 45% and quality around 60%-75% with a lot of break ups on the more dodgy channels. |

Sudbury transmits Mux 2 on two frequencies (56 and 68), they are only beamed in specific directions, so most viewers probably receive only one or the other. http://www.dtg.org.uk/retailer/tx_ea.html -- Mark Please replace invalid and invalid with gmx and net to reply. |
