I think it's Nana Moon that cocked up BBC times tonight. times were fine
until eastenders (started at 7.58 finished at 8.34) hopefully the beeb will
cut out some of their "adverts" to catch up the time.

I think I may have heard of that. Is that the uplifting social commentary
produced by the British Broadcasting Corporation, with lots of jolly cockney
japes? A damn shame they couldnt have killed off an actor earlier in the
series and spent his remuneration on a video editor who was able to LOOK AT
A ****ING CLOCK.

Thank you.

Really? I wonder what people did before VCR's and timers came out ;-)

Seriously, Sky+ does tend to have more hiccups on BBC channels but sending
it to a Sky branded box???
If my VCR/DVD Recorder broke down or failed to record I'd blame the
manufacturers...Same here for Sky me thinks!

We don't know whether Sky mess around to knobble no Sky channels :-/

They had technical problems earlier in the evening that led to the delay, but
you need to check your receiving equipment, HIGNFY was on BBC 1 last night.

Perhaps if you had your eyes open you would have noticed that BBC1
(which is the channel that Have I Got News For You comes on, actually)
was having technical problems throughout most of the evening, which is
why the programmes were starting late.

I did have my eyes open, but that didnt help as I switched on at 927 or so,
and as my psychic powers werent working, I was unable to discern that they
had previously had technical problems. Anyway, even if they had, why not
just chop whatever length of East Enders is needed to catch up with the
proper time?
