Humax PVR8000T update tonight

I think there's an update for the Humax PVR8000T tonight. Can someone
remind me if I need to leave it on or off?

Is this a new software or just a re-issue of the previous one

It's a repeat of 2.00.01. You leave it in standby to
auto-detect at the preset time (if enabled).

As I said in my last post to you on this subject a day or so ago the Humax
PVR update is available 15th to 17th of this month. That is not tonight but
tomorrow morning. The updates normally start at 10am. If you tune your box
to BBC 1 tonight and leave it in standby over night and then switch it on at
say 10.30 am you should get a message on your TV that an update is
available. If so follow the on screen instructions. If perchance your
settings are such that you do not get this message refer to your Instruction
book as to how to download the update manually.

BTW have you checked what software version is already installed on your
box?because if you already have the latest version nothing will happen
tomorrow.
