Sky+ Box Replacement
 

Has anyone recently had a Sky+ box replaced with one of the newer ones with
more storage? Our box will be a year old at Xmas, so would like to get a
newer one with more storage out of them before the warranty runs out.

I'm wanting them to replace the box. Live Pause doesn't work most of the
time. Lots of recordings fail, etc..

I complained about a noisy hard drive and failed recordings as well as
the fact that the remote took ages to register on screen.
Anyway, they changed it to a nice large capacity Pace box last week
which works perfectly :)
keep on at them :)
