quiz call
I can not believe that ch $ have put this crap on T.V.
Fantastic, now parents can have huge phone bills when their kids ring up this load of junk. Don;t people realise that you never win on these channels, they are there to make money are all a con. You can expect crap like this on Dast, but I never thought we would see it on Freeview. It should not have been allowed. |

I was watching some programme (Watchdog?) where viewers were complaining about these shows because the answers to some of the questions were a bit odd and that the TV company would not, and didn't have to, explain them. So yes, the allegation is that it is all a bit of a con. |

Welcome to your future...our past (on Sky). But at least with Sky, you got some control, like pin numbers. the other thing with Sky is that there is plenty of bandwidth to put this crap on. Freeview have limited bandwidth. ....and therefore what is broadcast is under even more pressure to make it pay. Clearly the backers of Quiz Call think that they can make more money than others. Mind you I got a strange idea that this Quiz call crap uses the downtime of More4 crap. What amazes me is how many people are stupid enough to think they are going to win and pay pounds to ring these shows up. I said it before and I will say it again, people are so pathetic. I have told you before that your spelling and grammar sometimes leave much to be desired; however, does it make a difference? -- MESSAGE ENDS. John Porcella |

Of course its a con, that make a few million pounds out of getting braindead idiots to call a '60p a call line' and only a handful of the callers actually get the chance to have a guess at the answer. Then when they've made a major amount of money out of the braindead callers, they give away a very small amount of it. When will the thickheads learn you get nothing for nowt. The answers to many of the quizzes are bizzarre and probably couldn't have been worked out by Einstein. They work on the theory that theres one born every minute, and it seems to be true. Keep chucking your money away, you dimwit callers! There's only one winner, and we all know who that is! (And for the dimwit callers, ITS NOT YOU!) Tony |

It is a con, you never win and if anyone do win, I bet that the person who phoned up have been planted and they do not get anything anyway. |
