Probably because they are fully conversant with gnomes, being indigenous
to that country, therefore have more sense than to buy them. ;-)

You need the Sky Leprechaun for use in Ireland.

What a derogatory and condescending remark, Jomtien. You surely are
capable of much better than that,
Tom

If you truly think that his remark was derogatory and condescending,
you must have been overtaken by political correctness, and you really
ought to get a life.

Then again, you _can't_ have been serious.....

Why did you single Jomtien out and ignore the "derogatory and
condescending" remarks posted by other people?

I wondered that myself.

Back on topic, Has Ireland got some hidden radio frequency law that differs
from here...Different government different laws or could be just the roll
out of these gnomes?

I just think that your good self and Jomtien are possibly suffering from
sour grapes because Ireland is further up the scale of rich economies
than poor Old England. Then again , I might not be serious,
Tom

One has to start somewhere,

The phrase was taken from an old TV programme that perhaps you have
never seen. That was comedy too.

"Little people" is what the Irish often call Leprechauns. And Ireland
does indeed have more than its fair share of bogs.

I can't see that either comment is derogatory or condescending to
Leprechauns or bogs, and especially not to the Irish themselves whom I
didn't even mention.
