Help!!!!!!!!

I have a Sky package that is costing me £44 a month, basically I am
subscribed to everything, it was part of the deal to get a free dish a
couple of years back.

I never really watch the movies or half the other crap that's on some of the
minority channels and reckon that I should be able to save some money by
ditching the channels I don't want. Sounds easy - right???

Well, the Sky website is not designed to help existing customers unless you
want to upgrade and spend more money and their customer services line just
rings and rings and the e-mail to customer services next to useless.

Can anyone point me in the right direction - all I really want are the
Freeview channels plus Sky Sports.

Thanks

Peter

Just phone them up and ask to downgrade to just the Sky Sports channels.

You can't do this. To get the Sports you have to take a basic package
also.

Give them a ring, the telephone number is listed in the services section.
Sky sports and basic is about £34 a month
