I don't have a solution I'm afraid, but I have had this problem ever since
they updated the software a few weeks ago (when the planner changed to a
sky blue colour). I am sure I saw it suggested this was a known problem
that lots were suffering from, but I can't remember where I read it....

It is a problem with the new software. Mine has the same problems. As
suggested earlier in this thread just do a rebuild and it will work again -
for a while!
