Non Sky System

I have a lidl satellite receiver which I use for digital radio off a quad
lnb.I had Q,Heat and Mojo saved in my list of favourites, now I notice that
the receiver is not picking them up.Has the frequency changed recently?

There seems to be a software bug with this particular receiver. With
dish pointing in right direction, try rebooting (briefly switch off and
back on at back).

I did that and rescanned all the radio channels,it still wont produce any
audio from Mojo,Heat and Q on 11.623H 27500 2/3.

How do you upgrade the software or is it done automatically?

If other radio stations are working, on the same sat, then I don't
know, sorry, it was worth trying.

Are other radio channels on that satellite working?

Is it just one polarity?

What about different audio streams (not on radio, i thought, but worth
trying?).

Yes, everything is as normal except for those mentioned!

Have now done rescan of radio channels on Astra2, with my recent Lidl
receiver (Silver Crest, Comag SL65). Found Q and Mojo fine, but had the
usual problem of "no signal" (even though it was there!). Switched off,
at back, then receiver rebooted (it says "boot" on front!), after which
Q and Mojo received loud and clear!

Note, that, Sky frequently change transponders and channels, which is
"transparent" (invisible!) on a Sky digibox, but can be very annoying
on non Sky sat receivers.
