Panorama BBC1 Undercover Nurse
 

I was trying to watch this as a relative is in a hospital but the sound
seemed to need a filter applied to it to cut out the constant high
pitched noises. Anyone else have this problem. I'm going to record it
and then filter it but really annoying.

I'm not noticing high pitched noises, but some of the hidden camera
dialogue is distorted and over-sibilant. Studio voiceover seems fine,
well ok given the almost universal use of untrained voices on telly
these days.
