Skies new charging bands
Well I have just rang Sky and the bloke of the other side has no idea what
is going on and thus I could not elect to dump the Music and Knowledge channels. What a shower they are! |

From the incoherent tone of the original post I doubt if they got the chance! I phoned and e-mailed SKY asking if I could change and downgrade my package from the 1st of September. I was told that they did not know when the new package pricing structure takes effect from. sky.com website says the new structure takes effect from the 1st September. I have also had a letter with the SKY magazine informing me the new pricing struture will take effect from September, so I believe SKY are making it hard for people to downgrade at this time ahead of the date. Any ideas on how I can downgrade my package before Sept. I am thinking of cancelling and re-starting in September. TIA.. Liam |

Surely not rocket science. the existing packages are still there to be downgraded to. downgrade it to the cheapest one. -- Tumbleweed email replies not necessary but to contact use; tumbleweednews at hotmail dot com |
