Sky missing channels
 

I can no longer get ITV Ch4 and 5 on Sky and the listing have gone from the
Sky guide, what's gone wrong? BBC 1 and 2 are fine.

Do you have a valid sky viewing card ?
(if not your epg as probably been reset by a the software upgrade for the
Autumn channel changes)
