sky & freeview whats the difference
 
have at the moment a freeview box set up what channels would i lose if i
moved it to daughters room and used my old sky box (it has a working
card that lets me pick up freeview) what channels would i lose?

You would not lose any channels from your Freeview box, assuming that your
daughter's room uses the same aerial as in its present location, or an
aerial just as good.

I think you mean what do you get on a sky box, not subscribed.

BBC1,2,3,4, itv (all regions by tuning), itv2, itv3, ch4, ch5, bbc news 24,
cnn, itv news, sky news, various holiday and shopping channels, Cbeebies,
CBBC, some kids pop stuff, god channels, radio channels, plus other
worthless stuff (IMO)
