Ant reason a reciever wont start?
Mine shows power goes from red to green but does not display the time od
show a picture , just goes from unplugged to --.-- when its started.

Try connecting a TV set? Unless it's a radio receiver, of course.

Hello , sorry i forgot the important information.
Its an old Toshiba On Digital box, always worked perfect untill this. I have
unplugged it overnight changed the cell's.
