Goodmans GDB-3 Favourite channels

Just set my new GDB3 up on Saturday, all well apart from what it says in the
manual about favourite channels.

I'm sure it suggests that once you've setup some favourite channels and
turned favourites on, that the guide should only show your favourite
channels.

Mine seems to show all of the channels.

Cheers,

Andy

I puzzled over the same thing, but all that happens with favourites is
that when you press the +/- program selector, only favourites will get
cycled. (You have to select the favourites option in the main menu).
Also be aware that the audio channel outputs are swapped L/R. Apart
from this it's a great box.

Hi Dave,

Cheers for confirming what I thought, the manual is misleading.

Like you say though, it's a great box. Have three pieces of Goodmans kit
now, all been really reliable, the dvd player did come with a cheap scart
cable which affected picture quality (now replaced!), but apart from that
it's been fine.

Didn't know about the audio channels, cheers.

Goodmans used to produce less good kit according to a chat with a mate over
the weekend years ago, imho, car radios etc!

Andy
