Channel 4 asking for public money for encrypted service
Channel 4 is asking for public money because they fear audience loss with the
switch over to digital transmissions. - As reported in today's Daily Telegraph Perhaps, like the BBC, they should stop encrypting their satellite transmissions so that only people with Sky boxes can receive them.
