Life expectancy of a professional aerial install

So there I am in my 14-year-old house on a 14 year old estate. Looking at
my neighbour's TV aerials I find that many of them have seen better days.
Some poles have snapped in half while some aerials are now pointing at the
moon while others are pointing at the ground. So how long should a
professionally installed aerial last? I fitted my own aerial which I am
glad to say has outlasted most of my neighbours but then I fitted my aerial
pole to brick and not wood which most of the professionals did.

Life expectancy of a professional aerial installer? Well you never can
tell. I'm not that much younger that John Peel, which is rather a sombre
thought.
Life expectancy of a professional aerial install?
At leat 20 years. I have some of my distribution systems running on30 year old
aerials. These are checked for safety from time to time.
