ISLE OF WIGHT DTT RECEPTION

Earlier due to troposheric conditions I was getting good DTT reception from
the main IOW transmitter - 4 out of 5 multiplexes but not a trace from UHF
channel 28 which should be carrying the ITV/CH4 multiplex. Anyone know
why - is it off air perhaps ?

I could not get ITV channels from Rowridge for a couple of hours, 514MHz I
think, is that channel 28?
