FS: Anyone interested in a Tivo?
Hi There
Before I go the Ebay route, anyone in here interested in buying a Tivo. Its in good condition, fully boxed with all the bits working, and has a 120g and a 60g hard drive installed. You can even have the original 40gb hard drive if you like, I kept it just in case. Anyone? I live in South Wales, just in case anyone wants to take a look before buying. Paul Ellis |
How much do you want for it? Does it come with the subscription?

"Simon" wrote in message ... How much do you want for it? Does it come with the subscription? No, no lifetime sub on it. I'm hoping for about £200 (seems to be the going rate on EBAY for one without a lifetime sub) Cheers Paul Simon "fatboy" [email protected] wrote in message ... "DiM" wrote in message ... How much do you want for the 40gb hard drive? Sorry about this, but I just realised I'd already used it in me Shuttle. So, scrub that bit. Paul "Simon" wrote in message ... Consider that they were either £600 or £400 when they were first made or £200 when they were last sold, full-price. That said, if it's too much for you, that's fine. I'm sure it'll sell for about that on Ebay :-) -- C/-\R|_ \/\//-\R||\|G Change colour to blue to reply |
"Simon" I think it is - and its way too much! Well as there is no PVR on the market that comes close to it's feature set for less than £1000, it's well worth £200. I guess you would have to pry my TiVo out of my cold, dying hands. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Surely the unique features require the lifetime subscription - which is not
included with this sale and I believe is not available to new subscribers? "Cyril" wrote in message ... "Simon" I think it is - and its way too much!
