When they think they've got enough bugs out of it. It's still a
test service, not officially anywhere yet.

Interesting how is it accessed? is it a particular channel #? or only
certain boxes that can get it?

The full 7 days worth of information are being broadcast as the normal
signal. If your box can handle it, it will be displaying it.

yes - the Pace Twin PVR just got an update this morning - 10am,
and it has the full EPG.

It already had - and was able to display it since it started being
broadcast. The latest update has just changed the display and
navigation of it.
