freeview bbc1+2 not available
 

i have a problem. a friend of mine lost service of bbc1+2 on his sony
wega digital tv a while ago. he say's the screen showed him a website
to visit where he would be able to regain the service, but he doesn't
remember the address. all other freeview channels are ok. anybody know
the answer to this? thanks
