VisionDTV - EPG & mheg
 

Two questions:-
I bought a VisionDTV - Ter (Vision Plus DTTV card) and was wondering
if it was mheg capable? When I've scanned channels it hasn't picked
up services such as BBCi or Teletext, so I presume it doesn't have
this ability.

Secondly, what gives with the EPG? When I am watching a channel and I
ask for the EPG it spends about 1 minute gathering information, only
to return just the now and next entries for that channel only (I do
know that that is all that is available via Freeview at the moment)
with the first letter of each program mysteriously missing.

If that is all that it can do, even when it does get a 7 day EPG I
would have to be watching a channel to see what was going to be on for
the next 7 days. If I had to do this for each channel that I might
watch I would end up with about 30 minutes of time waiting for channel
info to be displayed.

Am I missing something?
