Pace Twin replacement remote control

Any recommendations on a replacement remote control that is suitable for use
with the Pace twin?
Do pace sell the remotes separately or is there a "4 in one" remote (e.g
Chameleon) that can access the majority of the twin's functionality?

Hi

Several of the upper end of the range One-4-All remotes will will work a
Twin, or can be upgraded over the phone to do it.

If you're technically minded the JP1 group at http://groups.yahoo.com
have the codes and technology to allow you to reprogramme several OFA
remotes to work the Pace however you like.

If you are just looking for another control, why not have a look at
e-Bay. I broke the battery compartment cover for my Philips and got a
replacement for either 99p or £1.99.

I cant really justify buying a remote that costs more than the pace twin
itself!

Do you want a replacement or an alternative?

It depends on price, Philps Prontos are nice but a bit expensive, If I can
consolidate some of my existing remotes while still being able to control
most of the functionality of the pace twin then I would be prepared to pay a
bit more than the cost of a replacement pace twin remote.

I have looked on ebay, but cant find anything specifically for the twin.

I brought the Philips RU865 6-1 remote (£40 Argos) and although I couldn't
find a code to work, the learning mode worked fine. Next challenge is to get
the wife to use it!
