Sony KV-32FX60: Setting Wide Mode permanently
I have a problem with the wide mode on my Sony. When I use the PVR guide,
the TV switches to zoom picture mode and I loose the edges of the menu screens. So I'd like to permanently set the TV into wide so it no longer zooms. Anyone know how to do this please Thanks |

Alternatively go to the picture settings in the menu and choose wide from there -- ~~~~~~~~~~ All the best, Henry ~~~~~~~~~~ |

Can I suggest you check out this site - it has not been updated recently but there is a load of info, plus a forum where you may get an answer. http://www.kv32tweak.freeuk.com/ The FAQ at the site has a piece on autoformat problems. -- ~~~~~~~~~~ All the best, Henry ~~~~~~~~~~ |

I turned AutoFormat off everywhere and this has fixed it. The downside is
that 4:3 shows are distorted which I can live with but not ideal Cheers "Robin Smith" wrote in message news:[email protected] Henry Thais is great, I'll read it and let you knwo how I fare Cheers "Henry" wrote in message ...
